I'm Mark. I live with my roommate Roger on the top floor of a building on Avenue B in New York City. There's not much money to pay the rent or other bills, but somehow we get by. What do I do, you ask? I chronicle. I take all the colourful people who come through and I want to make a movie out of it. I'll be famous one day with my film, I'm sure of it. Now, just to get it finished.....

Mark is a man of strikingly blond hair, medium build and height, and usually behind a camera. All of his camera-narration will be indicated with italics.
I don't own Mark. I rent him from Jonathan Larson's estate. He wrote Rent the musical, quite brilliantly. I don't own Anthony Rapp or the movie version of Rent either. I'm just borrowing him for icons. Don't sue. I can barely pay -my- rent.
